 Buying a house is an exciting, yet intimidating process. Add to the equation a mobility impairment requiring the use of an electric wheelchair and that complicates things. We knew not just any real estate agent would do, so we contacted CPA (Canadian Paraplegic Association - Ontario) and they put us in touch with Jeff. From our initial contact, we found him to be very knowledgeable and sensitive to the unique circumstances facing disabled home buyers.
